Subject: Juan Delgado is AWSOME!
Greetings Sheila,
I wanted to let you know that we are more than pleased with Juan’s performance this morning. Juan was courteous, friendly, professional, helpful, respectful and smiled easily. When we complimented him personally, he was very humble. He is AWSOME! He was on time and he was appropriately dressed in jeans and a branding shirt that was clean and fresh – appearance counts! He rang the bell and stepped back which I appreciate as it is a non-threatening way to approach someone’s door. He came in and helped assess the best location for the tube with advice on what works well. He discussed cost and size issues. My husband was working in the attic when Juan was there to asses the length of the tube. We knew before he cut how much extra it would cost.
Once my husband and I agreed on size and location, Juan went right to work with the installation. When he came down out of the attic, he brushed himself off and was sure not to track in a mess. For the interior portion of the job, Juan contained and cleaned the mess – I am personally very pleased with this! Please pass this email to his manager to keep for Juan’s file. He deserves a pat on the back at the very least. My husband wants you to double his salary!!! Oh, and by the way, I’m already in love with the tube!!!

I just wanted to let you know what a fine employee you have in Erik. He handled himself in a very professional manner, was very courteous, performed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself.
It is such a joy to find a young man with so many of these qualities. His parents should be proud, and you, his employer, should be also. I will certainly not have any hesitation in recommending your company and particularly if Erik does the install.
I wish Erik well in his studies and I hope you are able to hold on to him while he is attending school.
